Conventional asphalt shingle roofing, vinyl siding, vinyl windows, balconies with fabricated iron guardrails and pedestrian traffic waterproofing coatings, courtyard with bentonite membranes, and concrete slabs.
Our team was commissioned to carry out the condition assessment of the building including identification of building plan violations, code violations, violations or deviations from applicable industry standards and ultimately identification of cause and effect.
The condition assessment included intrusive investigation, moisture testing, infrared testing and access to elevated areas via man lift.
Subsequently to the condition assessment, we were commissioned with the preparation of a scope of work and coordination of cost estimates to address the areas of concern.
